In order to get the best possible quality form your photo, follow these simple rules. 

These 3 simple steps will make a small file size that will be easy and quick to upload to our servers:

1. When scanning, set the scan options to scan at 300 dpi .

2. If you have an option to adjust the size of the picture, choose something small. For example 2" x 3"

3. Save the scan as a jpg file with NO compression and best quality.

If the customer sends you a picture, please check the quality of the image with your photo editing software before you send it to us. Once you send us the photo, it is too late, and it will begin processing.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IMAGES LESS THAN 60k WILL HOLD UP YOUR ORDER!

CUSTOMER REPRESENTS AND WARRANTS:

THAT HE/SHE IS OWNER OF THE PHOTOGRAPH (OR HAS PERMISSION); THAT IT IS NOT A COUNTERFEIT OR STOLEN ITEM; THAT IT DOES NOT INFRINGE ANY THIRD PARTY'S COPYRIGHT, LICENSE, PATENT, TRADEMARK, TRADE SECRET OR ANY OTHER PROPRIETARY RIGHTS OR RIGHTS OF PRIVACY; THAT THE PHOTO DOES NOT VIOLATE ANY LAW, STATUTE, ORDINANCE OR REGULATION (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THOSE GOVERNING IMPORT/EXPORT CONTROL, CONSUMER PROTECTION, UNFAIR COMPETITION, ANTI-DISCRIMINATION OR FALSE ADVERTISING); THAT THE PHOTO WILL NOT BE OBSCENE OR CONTAIN CHILD PORNOGRAPHY; AND THAT THE PHOTO SHALL NOT CREATE LIABILITY FOR PHOTOTHROW. CUSTOMER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD PHOTOTHROW, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES, HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIM OR DEMAND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO REASONABLE ATTORNEY'S FEES, MADE BY ANY THIRD PARTY DUE TO OR ARISING OUT OF CUSTOMER'S BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT AND/OR CUSTOMER'S VIOLATION OF ANY LAW OR THE RIGHTS OF ANY THIRD PARTY. WE ALSO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO PROCESS ANY ORDER WE DEEM TO BE OFFENSIVE IN ANY MANNER.
