To check on an order, or to reorder an item

1. Click on the Order Status link above.
2. Click on Search, to view your order history.

If you have trouble finding your order, change the Order Date Range.

All orders go through several phases of production.
After the order is placed, it goes to :

1. The Art Department where all the work is done on the photos in 2-3 Business Days.
2. Next, production can take up to 5 BUSINESS Days.   (DEPENDING ON TIME OF YEAR)
3. Finally, your order is shipped via UPS.
