2. Locate the file you want to upload and click on "Open."
3. Your file name will appear on the product screen.
4. If the file name is correct, click on the "Upload Now" button below the file name. (If you chose the wrong file, please click on the "Browse" button to locate the correct file.)
5. Fill out the personalization (if required),  for your product and click the no or yes button. Hit the Buy Now button.
6. A preview of your image will appear on the web page after the file has been uploaded. (Please be patient when uploading large images.)

Click on "Check Out" or continue shopping!

THAT HE/SHE IS OWNER OF THE PHOTOGRAPH (OR HAS PERMISSION); THAT IT IS NOT A COUNTERFEIT OR STOLEN ITEM; THAT IT DOES NOT INFRINGE ANY THIRD PARTY'S COPYRIGHT, LICENSE, PATENT, TRADEMARK, TRADE SECRET OR ANY OTHER PROPRIETARY RIGHTS OR RIGHTS OF PRIVACY; THAT THE PHOTO DOES NOT VIOLATE ANY LAW, STATUTE, ORDINANCE OR REGULATION (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THOSE GOVERNING IMPORT/EXPORT CONTROL, CONSUMER PROTECTION, UNFAIR COMPETITION, ANTI-DISCRIMINATION OR FALSE ADVERTISING); THAT THE PHOTO WILL NOT BE OBSCENE OR CONTAIN CHILD PORNOGRAPHY; AND THAT THE PHOTO SHALL NOT CREATE LIABILITY FOR PHOTOTHROW. CUSTOMER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD PHOTOTHROW, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES, HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIM OR DEMAND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO REASONABLE ATTORNEY'S FEES, MADE BY ANY THIRD PARTY DUE TO OR ARISING OUT OF CUSTOMER'S BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT AND/OR CUSTOMER'S VIOLATION OF ANY LAW OR THE RIGHTS OF ANY THIRD PARTY. WE ALSO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO PROCESS ANY ORDER WE DEEM TO BE OFFENSIVE IN ANY MANNER.
