Order Status: PLEASE NOTE THAT IMAGES LESS THAN 60k WILL HOLD UP YOUR ORDER! Once you log into your account, you can find out at what part of the process your order is in. Here is what to do:
2. Change the status to All then click Search. If you don't see your order, make the date earlier and click Search again.
You can also search for your order by Reference number. This is the number that you fill in at the shopping basket at the time of ordering. When you click search, you will see something like this:
Once here, you can see the status of your order, shipped, cancelled, art dept, production dept. You can click on the order in the Order Id box and you will see all the details of the order. If it is shipped, there will also be the tracking number where you can click on the number and track the package.

CUSTOMER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD PHOTOTHROW, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES, HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIM OR DEMAND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO REASONABLE ATTORNEY'S FEES, MADE BY ANY THIRD PARTY DUE TO OR ARISING OUT OF CUSTOMER'S BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT AND/OR CUSTOMER'S VIOLATION OF ANY LAW OR THE RIGHTS OF ANY THIRD PARTY. WE ALSO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO PROCESS ANY ORDER WE DEEM TO BE OFFENSIVE IN ANY MANNER.
